About

Seventh Angel Media is a domain for the personal writings of Pastor Steven E. Behrmann, an experienced Seventh-day Adventist pastor and theologian. Though all Christians are welcome to sample or read the offered documents, it should be shared that these writings are primarily aimed at mature Seventh-day Adventist Christians. The reason for this is not to be exclusive–God’s revelations are for all–but the author carries a burden that Seventh-day Adventists have been given a special calling, again, not as exclusive favorites, but one that is divinely instigated and truly unique. Seventh-day Adventists need to be awakened to the oracles and treasures they have at their finger-tips, and need to experience revival and reformation in order to fulfill their calling and destiny to prepare others before Jesus Christ returns from heaven to take all his beloved Christians home.

The media name is taken from Revelation 10:7 that says:

“But in the days of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to His servants the prophets.”

The end of every seven-part series in the book of Revelation basically ends with the Second Coming of Christ, and is the focus, or as I believe, should be the focus of every last-day Christian. Included in the online or attainable books are seven volumes (The Days of the Seventh Angel) that give summary notes to help the student of prophecy find clarification in their study of this great and timely Bible book. The commentary focuses not on being a full commentary of every verse, but rather focuses on the difficult or often misunderstood sections of the book. The online material is totally free to use, and the hard copies in book form are offered at the least possible expense for their publication.

The author does not claim that his views are the only right ones or that readers who see matters differently are all in error–or that he, himself, cannot be corrected or counseled. However, he has spent a lifetime in prayer and study over these matters, and feels certain that the times heralded in this magnificent document are soon to be fulfilled in their order, and that with the right approach one can find a consistent general understanding of the book. The approach is serious, scholarly, and prayerful. The author is a New Testament Greek proficient, follows careful exegetical hermeneutics (repeated and taught in each volume), and respects historical and critical approaches, yet keeps solid prophetic controls in mind as well. His main effort is to give the student the necessary tools, so that the student can safely and properly examine the meaning of these things for themselves.
